About Gracely Construction
Over 50 Years Experience
Having been in the construction industry for over half a century, we have the knowledge and expertise to carry out a variety of building work including all aspects of general building and internal and external finishing, as well as managing your construction projects from start to finish.
Restoring
The gable ends of this Grade II listed cottage were badly worn and in some parts the oak beams were completely rotten through. We needed to replace a large portion of the brickwork and repoint much of the rest. Parts of the rotten oak beams were also replaced.
Renovating
If you are considering a re-style, or looking to modernise or upgrade your property, we have extensive renovation experience. As well as renovating all manner of homes and buildings we are a trusted partner providing renovation services of the highest standard to Dorchester Fireplaces and Interiors and Bespoke Kitchen and Cabinet maker Evie Willow. These long-standing relationships are testament to our attention to detail and level of craftmanship.
Converting
The complete restoration of this traditional built 1930s house, including turning a bedroom into a bathroom. Prior to installing a new heating and plumbing system, the room was stripped back to remove old laths and plaster to add some much-needed insulation from the inside. Whether it is turning a garage into a playroom, or as we did here, a bedroom into a bathroom, we have the skills and expertise to help with your project.
